Unrighteousness Vs Sin

The King of Glory is Coming back for a spotless church, not a spotted one. Find out what the spots are and how to get rid of them. “Let us be glad and rejoice and give honor to Him; for the marriage of The Lamb is come and His wife has made herself ready” (Revelation 19:7)

Eternal Salvation

Most churches today are no longer teaching about righteousness or unrighteousness because the definition of unrighteousness has been lumped in with sin but scripture clearly teaches us that the two are not the same. Sin is best translated as unclean or evil acts that one knowingly commits, which distances them from God; However unrighteousness are acts and patterns of doing things that appear to be of God but are not.

Isaiah 26:9
With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yes, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will LEARN righteousness.

Righteousness is a learned act, just as unrighteousness is a learned act.

Allow me to give an example: The doctrine of Salvation- Depending on which church, ministry or person you ask, you will come across many different doctrines about how one is saved unto eternal salvation; you can test this by asking 3 different Christians or Pastors and see for yourself. Some churches may teach it is through baptism, others may say through good works, while others may have a sinner’s prayer that one needs to recite, but there is only one doctrine that matters, His Truth! It is only His Truth which brings a soul unto eternal salvation! His truth is righteousness while all other doctrines preached are false and counted as unrighteousness towards the preacher/teacher.

I once knew a good man named Roy Sauzek who was a prophet. Roy has since passed on into heaven but that would not be His first time visiting The Kingdom. Roy was taken to heaven early on during his ministry to be shown the truth about salvation. As Roy stood in a river of tears flowing from the face of Yahushua, he knew that he had not understood the truth about salvation and this was the reason for Yahushua’s tears. Roy stood in heaven, looking down into hell only to see his own wife burning. Desperate for an answer, Roy cried out to Yahushua to go down there and save his wife! But as the tears poured out from Yahushua’s face, all He would answer was “but what did I say?” Coming out of this experience, Roy knew that he had not known the truth about eternal salvation and Yahushua’s words “but what did I say?” kept going through Roy’s mind. The revelation was finally given to Roy; “but what did I say” had already been answered in Romans 10:9-10

If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; For with the heart one believes unto righteousness but WITH THE MOUTH, CONFESSION IS MADE UNTO SALVATION”

Another scripture to confirm and give witness to this truth is Mathew 10-32-33

Whoever CONFESSES ME BEFORE MEN, I shall confess before My Father; BUT whoever denies Me before men, I shall deny before My Father”

Roy’s wife had never actually made her confession of faith public and although she was a believer, she was unsaved because her mouth never declared what was in her heart. Scripture is full of proof of how important our words are, there is life and death in the tongue (Proverbs 15:4). One MUST confess with his own mouth to another living being that Jesus is Lord. What a simple truth; a free gift that no man may boast (Ephesians 2:8-9)! It is not through our own works, nor anything we need to achieve; it is simply believing in your heart and confessing your faith, with your own affirmation, that Jesus is Lord! When I first learned this truth about salvation, and received it as His Truth, I was delivered of a demonic “religious” spirit. That night I had a dream:

Dream- I was seeing this large, black, python looking snake coiled up on a stage. The snake’s skin glittered with gold as it sat on this stage, it was being exposed to me. I could see the fear in it’s eyes, now that it knew it’s time was up. I heard the Holy Spirit speak in the dream “now let’s see all the different things that Alex had learned about salvation”. End of dream.

Indeed I had learned so many different doctrines about how one is saved and even shared these false understandings with others (unrighteousness). I often struggled with the idea of whether I was even saved. I awoke from this dream and headed into the shower. As I stood in the shower, reflecting on this dream and what I had just learned regarding the truth about salvation, I realized in my heart that I now had the truth and that I would reject all other doctrines about how one is saved. As soon as this Romans 10:9 truth rooted into my heart, I saw this same ugly black python snake from my dream! This religious spirit slithered it’s way into the shower and came right to my feet, being exposed and presented to me. I knew instinctively to do an act of faith and I raised my heel over the snake’s head and then crushed it’s head (in the spirit). This religious spirit was exposed and it’s time was up. I was then delivered of this religious spirit once and for all and this was counted as righteousness unto me.

At first, after learning this truth about needing to confess your faith to another, I went around confessing to many people “Jesus is Lord!…. Jesus is Lord!” just in case I had never actually said these words before men; you know… I wanted to be sure I was saved! But then I calmed down and I went before The Lord and I asked Him “if salvation is given as a free gift when one confesses to another that ‘Jesus is Lord’, then when was the first time I had ever made this confession to another? What was my moment of salvation?” As soon as I asked Yahushua this question, a long forgotten moment from 1999 was brought back to memory as clear as though it had happened yesterday:

(Sometime in October of the year 1999) I was a 14 year old rebellious teenager, hanging out with groups of high school kids at the movie theater. This is what we did on a Friday night, with no where else to really go, teenagers of all kinds stood around talking, smoking and getting into trouble. As we stood around, a Christian youth group came upon the crowd, looking to evangelize. Many started debates with these young evangelizers including myself. I began debating one youth evangelist about abortion and why I had agreed with it (yes, I was lost at this time). We went on debating for some time, each bringing up our best points, trying to outwit the other but never really gaining any ground. Finally, after realizing that he was not getting anywhere with me, the young evangelist stopped debating. He gave up on me but before leaving he asked “Let me just ask you this one thing; do you believe Jesus is Lord?” I paused for a moment, weary about answering as many of my peers gazed on awaiting my response. I knew others would mock or ridicule me if I answered this question truthfully, the fear of man was strong in me at this time… “Yes” I finally answered. In that moment, I began to feel light headed, something spiritual had just happened in me that I was trying to understand, but couldn’t. There were garden lights to my left that I looked toward and they suddenly seemed to grow brighter, almost consuming me as I got even more light headed. The young evangelist, realizing that something was happening to me spiritually asks “Are you ok? do you want me to pray with you?” I quickly answered “no!” totally unsure and a little afraid about this feeling that had just come over me. He walked away, this feeling left and I returned to my life. While all of heaven rejoiced, I was completely ignorant to what had just taken place… my salvation!

This experience I had as a teenager was long forgotten but when I asked The Lord when my moment of salvation had happened, this moment from 1999 is what He brought to memory in great detail, confirming the truth I had just learned about salvation… believe in YOUR heart and confess with YOUR mouth that Jesus is Lord. Since then, I have made it a habit to ask any and all believers that I meet “do you believe Jesus is Lord?” I never, ever assume that just because of the length of time one has been a “Christian” that they have made this declaration of faith public.

Giving people the opportunity to confess their faith in Jesus, that they may receive their free gift of eternal salvation, is also counted as righteousness unto you. So get out there and start asking the stranger “do you believe Jesus Christ is Lord?” Here in this ministry, we call this “pulling a confession” because one is pulling this confession of faith out of someone by asking the question. Getting people saved is Kingdom Business and it is as simple as asking the stranger standing next to you at the gas pump “Hey… do you believe Jesus Christ is Lord?” and all you need is some kind of “yes” acknowledgment. How many souls can you help save in a day?

This truth is righteousness, just like many other truths, we need to understand what God meant by His word, what His interpretation was. This is the only way to walk in righteousness and not fall into the many patterns of unrighteous ways that many Christian are walking in today.

Now let us talk about “spots”. In scripture, one very important thing is made clear; Yahushua is coming back for a spotless bride. Once again, there are many beliefs on what the spots are and most automatically have assumed that spots represent sins. If this were the case, then yes we would all be spotless as Yahushua has forgiven us our sins. But also, if they were sins, then Yahushua would have been back for His church already because she is now spotless, which is what He had been waiting for. We clearly see in Revelation 19:7 that everyone is rejoicing at His wife “making herself ready”. Clearly the Marriage Supper has other attendees (believers) and they are rejoicing because His Bride had learned how to walk the straight and narrow that was required in order to be His Bride.

Scripturally, spots are symbolically represented as unrighteousness, which are patterns of doing things that are not God’s ways (like preaching a false salvation). There are many other teachings that are unrighteous like doctrines on tithing. I go deeper into all of this in other articles but the 3 main spots on the body, that have been life threatening to us, are these: Salvation, How The Holy Spirit Teaches and Tithing. These three spots have literally been bringing an early death to many Christians because we are lacking His protections because we have not been walking in His Truth. His protections, just like the children of Israel had when they were walking in righteousness, are still available to us today when we walk according to His righteous ways.
